Quite obviously this isn't an exact recipe, just a fabulous breakfast that I've had only like 3 days in a row now with enough peppers to make it a morning tradition.  I'm eating them right now as I type. A couple of these and a coffee and I'm set clear into the afternoon. Protein and veg! I did flip the eggs as I'm not into having raw yolk. Just cut your peppers thin, put on griddle, break an egg in the center. sprinkle some slat and pepper on, and cook like a normal egg! Delish and easy...
